Subsidy Tiers Structure

1 kW System
₹ 30,000

Ideal for small homes with average bills under ₹1,500/month.

2 kW System
₹ 60,000

Ideal for mid-sized households with AC, water pumps, average bills ₹1,500–₹3,000.

MAX SUBSIDY
3 kW or Higher
₹ 78,000

Maximum residential subsidy caps at ₹78,000 for any system ≥ 3 kW.

Key Requirements to Claim Subsidy

  • Must be installed by an MNRE Empanelled Vendor (indicated with green badges on our platform).
  • Must use domestically manufactured solar panels (DCR – Domestic Content Requirement) to qualify.
  • System must be connected via net-metering setup with the state DISCOM (electricity board).
  • The subsidy will be credited directly to the buyer's bank account within 30 days of installation approval.
